2. Reservations

  1. All reservations must be made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels designated by us.

  2. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation from us.

  3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel a reservation in the event of:

    • Invalid or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    • Unavailability of the requested service.

    • Operational issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless otherwise stated.

  2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the reservation has been confirmed.

  3. Customers are required to complete payment according to the instructions provided.

  4. Reservations may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the type of service booked.

  5. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 3 days before the departure date may be subject to an administrative fee of up to 10% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are generally non-refundable.

  • Refund policies may vary depending on the specific package, ticket, or third-party service provider involved.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Closure of tourist destinations

  • Security concerns

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling options or suitable alternatives whenever possible.

5. Schedule Changes

  1. Travel schedules may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, weather, natural events, government regulations, or other operational factors.

  2. We will endeavor to notify customers as soon as reasonably possible of any significant changes.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete booking information.

  • Arriving on time according to the agreed schedule.

  • Safeguarding their personal belongings throughout the trip.

  • Complying with the rules and regulations of tourist destinations, drivers, tour guides, and other service providers.

  • Ensuring their own safety and the safety of members of their group.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trip Wic Solution shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from customer negligence.

  • Operational changes made by third parties, including destination operators, hotels, restaurants, and transportation providers.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Earthquakes

  • Volcanic eruptions

  • Floods

  • Pandemics

  • Government actions or regulations

  • Civil unrest

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

9. Transportation and Tour Regulations

  1. Passengers must follow the instructions of drivers, guides, and authorized personnel throughout the trip.

  2. Carrying dangerous goods, explosives, illegal drugs, or any unlawful items is strictly prohibited.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer whose behavior may endanger the safety or comfort of others.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on trip.wicsolution.com, including text, images, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by Trip Wic Solution or used under appropriate authorization.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or reuse of such content without prior written consent is prohibited.
